Terms of Service Last Updated: December 2025
Welcome to HEELS&HUES LIMITED. By engaging with our services, you (the "Client") agree to the following terms:

1. Nature of Services. HEELS&HUES LIMITED provides footwear design, engineering services, pattern making, and educational consulting. All deliverables are provided in digital format (CAD, PDF, BIM, etc.).
2. Engagement Process.

• Step 1: Technical Assignment (TA) definition and approval.
• Step 2: Issuance of a Pro-forma Invoice by HEELS&HUES LIMITED.
• Step 3: Client payment via provided payment methods (including UnionPay, Bank Transfer, etc.).
• Step 4: Execution of work and digital delivery.

1. Payment Terms. Services are performed on a pre-payment basis unless otherwise agreed in writing. For high-value engineering projects, milestone payments may be applied.
2. Client Responsibility. The Client is responsible for providing accurate requirements. Any changes to the TA after work has commenced may incur additional fees.
3. Intellectual Property. Upon full payment, the Client receives the right to use the designs for production. HEELS&HUES LIMITED retains authorship rights unless a full transfer of IP is signed separately.
4. Governing Law. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
