Terms of Service Last Updated: December 2025
Welcome to HEELS&HUES LIMITED. By engaging with our services, you (the "Client") agree to the following terms:

1. Nature of Services. HEELS&HUES LIMITED provides footwear design, engineering services, pattern making, and educational consulting. Deliverables may be provided in digital and/or physical format, depending on the selected service. Shoe last development services include physical deliverables, while sketches and patterns are provided digitally.
2. Engagement Process.

• Step 1: Technical Assignment (TA) definition and approval.
• Step 2: Issuance of a Pro-forma Invoice by HEELS&HUES LIMITED.
• Step 3: Client payments are processed via secure payment methods made available at the time of checkout through authorized payment partners.
• Step 4: Execution of work and digital delivery.

1. Payment Terms. Services are performed on a pre-payment basis unless otherwise agreed in writing. For high-value engineering projects, milestone payments may be applied.
2. Client Responsibility. The Client is responsible for providing accurate requirements. Any changes to the TA after work has commenced may incur additional fees.
3. Intellectual Property. Upon full payment, the Client receives the right to use the designs for production. HEELS&HUES LIMITED retains authorship rights unless a full transfer of IP is signed separately.
4. Governing Law. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
