Non-Refundable Policy. Due to the nature of custom engineering and design work:
Once payment is received and work on the approved Technical Assignment has commenced, no full refunds are available.
Once the final digital files have been delivered to the Client, no refunds shall be issued under any circumstances.
Project Cancellation. If a Client wishes to cancel a project before completion:
HEELS&HUES LIMITED will assess the volume of work already performed.
A partial refund may be issued, minus the cost of man-hours spent and administrative fees (minimum 30% of the invoice total).
Dispute Resolution. If the Client is unsatisfied with the quality, we provide up to [2] rounds of revisions within the original TA scope. Filing a "chargeback" without prior contact with our support team will be considered a breach of contract.
