Refund & Cancellation Policy
  1. Digital Nature of Products. All services provided by HEELS&HUES LIMITED (design files, engineering blueprints, educational content) are considered "Digital Goods/Services".
  2. Non-Refundable Policy. Due to the nature of custom engineering and design work:
  • Once payment is received and work on the approved Technical Assignment has commenced, no full refunds are available.
  • Once the final digital files have been delivered to the Client, no refunds shall be issued under any circumstances.
  1. Project Cancellation. If a Client wishes to cancel a project before completion:
  • HEELS&HUES LIMITED will assess the volume of work already performed.
  • A partial refund may be issued, minus the cost of man-hours spent and administrative fees (minimum 30% of the invoice total).
  1. Dispute Resolution. If the Client is unsatisfied with the quality, we provide up to [2] rounds of revisions within the original TA scope. Filing a "chargeback" without prior contact with our support team will be considered a breach of contract.
